| Bio: | ODD or Organisational Design and Development. I'm not too sure if just old OD is much better.
What's this all about? My name is Margaret, or Margs for short (I still think Margaret is a little grown up). I'm doing a course called Organisational Design and Development, for the 2nd year of an MBA I'm doing at Wits Business School, and for one of our assignments we need to keep a journal of our progress.
Basically we need to get hold of an organisation that operates in the broader community and does some social good, and as a syndicate do an assignment around that business (and around ODD). Cool assignment. As part of our exam equivalent we need to keep a journal describing the self development we've gone through on the course, researched and referenced as well of course.
So that is what this journal is about, the journey through Organisational Design and Development for the next two months.
